Creating a site backup

To create a full site backup, login to your hosting control panel:

http://yourdomain.com:8443/smb/backup/list/

click "Back up"

click "OK"

This will create a backup of everything including the databases.

If you want to download your backup file to your computer, just click on the icon of a floppy disk on the right from the backup record.

NOTE: Never try to restore a backup until backup is completely finished. Doing this will result in incomplete broken site.
