If you need to cancel the service, please notify us at least 2 business days before your next renewal date so we have time to process your request. Please notify us by email (billing@finestshops.com), or send a message in this support system. Note: if your message will not come from the main email address assigned on your account, we will also need the last 4 digits of the credit card used for the payments for verification purposes.
