How to change default product sorting in WooCommerce

The default WooCommerce sorting is by manual menu order, and, if a manual order is not set, the products are sorted alphabetically. 

Two ways to set the manual sorting

Option 1. Go to Products -> Select a category -> click Sorting tab -> Drag and Drops the items to set the manual sort order

Option 2. Go to Products -> Edit -> Product data -> Advanced -> Menu order field

To change default product sorting on all the pages

go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalog > Default product sorting
